Felony Rape Charge Dismissed For Erie County Official

Posted in: by Troy Wisehart

A high profile and serious case came into our law office when the director of the Erie County Job & Family Services was charged with 1st-degree felony rape. The 30-year-old man was a former police officer and had no previous record to this point. After realizing how much trouble he was in if convicted, he called Sandusky criminal defense attorney Troy Wisehart of Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright Co. LPA to help protect his future and career.

After further investigation into the case, attorney Wisehart took the case to court and advocated on behalf of his client who was looking at serious penalties. After successfully arguing that there was no case against our client, the court agreed and dismissed the felony rape case.
