Posted in: by Troy Wisehart

A 58-year-old man in Erie County was charged with 1st- degree felony rape, 3rd- degree sexual battery, and 4th- degree gross sexual imposition. The man, facing a great deal of jail time and substantial fines if convicted, knew he would need a strong defense. He soon took his case to Ohio criminal defense attorney Troy Wisehart of Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright Co. LPA for legal representation.

Attorney Wisehart prepared for a long and hard trial but prior to setting a court date, the state offered our client a plea to a misdemeanor assault charge, which was too good to pass up. With straight probation, our client pled guilty to this charge and will likely see an expungement of this his felony rape and other sex crime charges, yielding a beyond successful result for our client.
