John Hirschauer

John has devoted his entire fifteen-year legal career to serving as a prosecutor with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. He spent nine years assigned to the Office’s Homicide Unit, where he prosecuted the most serious and complex criminal cases. Over the course of his career, John has handled more than 200 trials, developing extensive courtroom experience and a refined command of trial strategy. His work in high-stakes litigation has shaped a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to advocacy and a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system.

A native of Rocky River, Ohio, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

John currently resides in Rocky River with his wife and 4 kids.
