Attorney Kyle Wright of Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright, Co. LPA won a jury verdict ten times as much as the initial settlement offer for his client. His client was injured in a rear-end collision car accident in Sandusky County. She suffered a nonsurgical disc bulge in the accident, compounded by other health issues.
During final settlement talks, the defense offered $50,000. Not satisfied with that result, Attorney Wright took the case to trial and secured a $500,000 jury verdict for his client.
