Our partners and staff have been advised on the practical measures to help stem the tide of COVID-19, including regular hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer, frequently disinfecting commonly touched areas, and social distancing whenever possible. This involves using video and phone conferences and communicating via phone and e-mail to limit in-person interaction.

The Governor of Ohio issued a “Stay at Home” order, effective Monday, March 23, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

Legal services have been deemed an “essential services” by Governor DeWine. Accordingly, Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright will remain open, with minimal “on-site” staff. Most of our staff will continue to work remotely and will be available by telephone, to meet your legal needs.

To minimize exposure of both our staff and clients to possible infection, all appointments will be conducted via telephone. Feel free to call the office should you want to arrange an appointment. If you need to drop something off, kindly knock on the door and a staff member will come to the door to serve you while maintaining social distancing. Alternatively, feel free to use the mail slot in our front door.

Northern Ohio Court Closures & Suspended Services

As courts across the country take measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, some are restricting access and altering their procedures. In many counties, all civil and criminal matters scheduled for trial are being continued until further notice. But others are proceeding with reduced cases. Once we receive new court dates, we will advise each client accordingly.
